Order could be efficiently generated in a digital format and would be synchronized to database instantly. A series of coherent tasks and workflow would be performed by system automatically including update stock status, auto-email and invoice generation, notification to warehouse team etc. It would hugely improve their productivity and efficiency of the sales work.
