As environmental protection has become an increasingly important area nowadays, Environmental Protection Department (EPD) would like to collect the most updating data and conditions of different locations across Hong Kong, therefore, ANGLIA develops a web-based system for EPD's internal usage which provides a better, effective and most importantly real-time platform to monitor the environment conditions.
The system allows administrator to allocate different users to manage different locations by viewing the real-time image of different streets in Hong Kong, thereafter, they could enter the flytipping record immediately. In addition, the system can also record the street real-time condition automatically as a playback video, so EPD will not miss any part of it.
